PROMEM™

PROMEM RANGE FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT

At Diva Envitec, we specialse in providing advanced membrane technologies tailored specifically for water treatment applications across various industries. Our Poresep membranes, including Reverse Osmosis (RO), Nanofiltration (NF), and Ultrafiltration (UF), are engineered to meet the stringent demands of water purification processes in pharmaceutical, biotech, food, beverage, and dairy sectors.

PROMEM™

With over 35 years of experience in membrane-based applications, our engineers have successfully supported a wide range of water treatment applications. From initial project initiation to full-scale implementation, we conduct thorough lab and pilot plant work to size, design, and cost-effective industrial-scale water treatment plants.

Our membrane systems utilize a variety of materials of construction configured in typical cross- flow mode. By capitalizing on differences in physical and molecular sizes, as well as ionic charges, our membrane technology effectively removes insoluble or soluble molecules such as protein complexes, triglycerides, fats, oils, bacteria, colloidal matter, and fibers from water streams, regardless of their incoming concentrations.

Process Operation

Our team of experienced engineers collaborates closely with clients to identify the most suitable membrane solutions for their unique water treatment requirements. Through comprehensive consultation and data collection, we tailor-fit our engineered membrane solutions to meet specific application needs.

Membranes are used as separation barriers for these operations

  • Tertiary Treatment

    Typical membrane application for ZLD

  • Product Recovery

    Essential molecule recovery from wastestreams

  • Total Suspended Solids (TSS) removal

  • COD removal from some streams

From initial project initiation to full-scale implementation, we conduct thorough lab and pilot plant work to size, design, and cost-effective industrial-scale water treatment plants.
